(1) The Federal Parliament may make necessary amendments to these regulations. (2) If it is deemed necessary to amend the regulations, any member shall notify the speaker or the chairman of the proposal with the reasons and details thereof. (3) To submit the proposal under sub-rule (2), the speaker or chairman If permission is granted, the member presenting the proposal shall submit a proposal to the house where the proposal originates for approval, including the names of the members in the committee, to form a committee to draft regulations to represent the members of both houses. (4) Sub-rule (3) ) after the proposal sent in accordance with the other House is accepted with the list of members of that House, it shall be considered that the Drafting Committee for Regulation Amendment has been formed. After the presentation of the report in the meeting, the procedure adopted in relation to the bill will be adopted, except if the speaker changes the procedure.
